As a salesperson/distributor you will be responsible
for ensuring that our sales training concept is sold to BtB businesses/solution-oriented
BtC businesss at all levels. Our job is based on district divided areas with
segmented businesses.
Each individual person is responsible for the
complete sales process and the subsequent implementation of the concept plus
customer care, which is why the sales process is initially based on booking
meetings generating new businesses together with the managing director/sales director of
the business.
After the first 12 months, 80% of your meeting
activity will stem from references from already existing customers.
After the booking of meetings, a short briefing
session (35 minutes) where the requirements of the business are mapped out and on
solution is presented. In case the customer is interested in the concept it will be tested on a future
2-hour meeting with the sales group. Hereafter,
the solution is sold and implemented.
The business will then be included in your
portfolio where you may subsequently sell relevant services (additional benefits,
annual extension of the concept, coaching, sales strategies, etc.) for a
continued improved efficiency of the business sales process.
The job will be divided into districts for some of our salespersons/sales
partners in certain areas. Therefore, you will work from home. Thus, the job includes special requirements regarding your self-motivation,
purposiveness and self-discipline.
