The platform we use in our blended learning solutions is built around Chris Edward's sales concept: “9 steps towards the professional salesperson.” The key to this concept is the notion that the solid basic training a sales team needs can be provided in the course of 9 3-hourly modules.

The program is available either with an external SalesPartner's coach leading the sessions or on a “train the trainer” basis where SalesPartners train and certify a number of internal company experts. In this way, training is carried out by people with an intimate knowledge of the company's products customers and sales process.

Training consists of 9 35-40 minute DVD presentations by Chris Edwards in which the sales team are set 25 different tasks to solve. In these sessions DVD technology facilitates an interactive approach to training and problem solving.

Prior to each individual module an internal preparation process takes place in which the company's products, customers and sales process are integrated into the training schedule in order to make it as targeted as possible. The concept is supplemented by professional manuals, tests, action plans and PowerPoint presentations. This makes providing a course that matches the precise requirements of the the company in question, including targeted examples taken from within the company, a simple matter.

The TTT concept is well suited to all companies with a team of 4 or more individuals who undertake sales or have personal contact with customers.
