Our core product is to deliver a Train the Trainer (TTT) concept to businesses where the basic idea is to train and certify a number of "power users" internally in the business so that the training is carried out by persons who are familiar with the products, customers and sales process of the business. 

The TTT concept is targeted at businesses with a minimum of 4 persons with sales and customer contact plus all businesses with focus on Nordic and European businesses. Please find more information about our Nordic/European solutions in the section called "International Solutions".

The advantage of having an internal concept in the business is the flexibility which an interactive tool gives as the training is easily adjusted to businesses with more departments, divisions or countries.

Morever, the internal preparation and holding of courses will make sure that the examples of the training will be targeted with the products, customers and sales process of the business. The type of meeting ensures that the individual chairman obtains indispensable training in presentation techniques and moderation.

The wish for external involvement completely depends on the individual needs of the business, which may be divided into 3 methods:

1) 5% of our customers use a sales manager/personnel manager from the business to coduct all 9 seminars.

2) 90% of our customers use 3-9 different in-house persons to conduct the 9 seminars thus obtaining:

a) A possibility to use the various skills of a sales group.

b) More people get access to a good presentation technique training.

c) Variety, teambuilding and commitment as regards the concept.

3) 5% of our customers use an external consultant from SalesPartners to conduct all 9 seminars.
