Some years ago we were
looking for a sales training concept based on the daily work with our
products and the various types of customer. The purpose was to have a
better structure of the external sales consultants. Moreover, we wished
to have training where the sales consultant would not have to be away
from their job for several days – the training should instead take place
in connection with our planned sales meetings. Likewise, it was rather
important to have the sales group better teamed up and share experiences
so that our sale to existing customers and leads to new customers could
increase. The sales team needed training and a continued wish for better
sales results with an increased turnover and gross profit were also some
of the issues.
When we were to select a supplier we talked to several providers,
however, none could offer the concept we were looking for. A call from
Michael Hove thus came very conveniently. At a following meeting,
Michael Hove sold his product/concept in a very convincing way and
therefore we agreed to test the concept at the next sales meeting.
Since then, our cooperation with SalesPartners has been excellent. We
have used the unique DVD based concept specially tailored to our company
at all our sales meetings. According to our wish the concept has made it
possible for us to have a goal-oriented training in the sales team with
our own products, customers and sales process examples. The mutual
understanding in the group has improved.
It has been a really sensible and low-cost unit investment compared to
the size of the company and the sales team.
To get started using the concept we decided to get assistance from
SalesPartners so that everybody who was to have a session with the sales
team knew how to do this in a professional way. Afterwards, we have had
presentations and training of alternating chairmen in our own conference
room in connection with a sales meeting every 6 weeks.
The training has been a great success with many really profitable
dialogues, an understanding of the company’s business plan and goals, an
increase of the team’s competences, added sales to existing customers
and a necessary brush up of the sales team.
In general, we have been very satisfied with SalesPartners and the
cooperation was excellent. The sales team was also very satisfied and
positively surprised at the commitment of SalesPartners and the
assistance they got in order to solve small problems and issues. The
concept of SalesPartners is well integrated and thanks to the support we
have received from them it will be used in the future as well.
