Eden has received sales
training and sales scripts from SalesPartners A/S in April and May 2002.
The reason why we joined the project and cooperation with SalesPartners
was that we needed to train a new sales team in the sales disciplines to
make them ready for our peak season.
The concept with Chris Edwards and the 2-day course we chose suited well
into our working day and the timetable we had prior to the beginning of
the peak season.
The sales coordinators were generally satisfied with the concept and the
course. The 2 days provided them with specific tools and a brush up
within several areas. The sales consultant also found that it could be
difficult to transfer a training situation where the sales coach is
convincing to an ordinary workday situation as the customer acts in many
different ways. This reaction was, however, forecasted. In general,
people were satisfied with the course and the way SalesPartners A/S
handled the situation.
3-4 weeks after the training session we received an adapted sales
script, including a description of the sales process in our company. We
still use this script for our new sales consultants.
All in all, Eden experienced a positive training session.
